**Assistant Store Manager - Chadstone**
Be the pioneer of the first interstate and flagship location - Chadstone Officially opening in early November, the Chadstone Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading the team alongside the Store Manager, visually emulating the brand vision and mission, and providing exceptional customer.

This is a dynamic role suited to an ambitious leader. Think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.

**On your first day we'd expect you to already have**:

- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Store Manager in fashion
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- You're a dynamic and hands-on leader who loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
