In the role of **Consultant, Creative & Content Development**, you will join the **Personal Banking Marketing** team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Be responsible for work which is performed within established routines, methods and procedures and may include supervisory responsibility for a team of employees.
- Ensuring the successful production of content and creative assets within the squad and the creative outputs of partners including 3rd party creative agencies
- Developing copy for customer communications
- Improving the capability of Creative/Content Development resources
- Maintaining adherence to brand guidelines
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
