Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are currently looking for an experience and professional Assistant Banquets Operations Manager to join the team.

This is a perfect relocation opportunity to the beautiful Hunter Valley, offering onsite accommodation benefits and a leadership opportunity.

You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure the seamless execution of our events.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquets/events, from planning, catering services and coordination to execution and customer satisfaction.
- This position is primarily Banquets operations focused with some further assistance to be provided to Food and Beverage department
- Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and dedication to exceptional service will be key in delivering unforgettable experiences for our clients.

**Qualifications**
- Must have minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position in Banquets or conferencing.
- Must have strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
