**The Role**

Casual 20 - 25 hours (full time opportunity available)

Fitness Coach;
- Helping set the foundations for fitness and wellness from a clients first day
- Deliver high energy small group classes in our FIIT30 program
- Deliver 1 on 1 personal training sessions
- Help with onboarding new members to the gym ensuring success from day 1
- Calls - nurturing clients on their new member journey
- Retention calls - checking in with and nurturing the members who have been with us for a long time

Sales Superstar;
- Identify upgrade opportunities to support the members fitness journey
- Confident on phones
- Experience in sales based roles and working towards KPI's

- Who has previous superstar sales experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
