As a Beauty Therapist at MYER, you’ll deliver personalised facial treatments and expert skincare advice, helping clients achieve their most radiant, confident selves. Representing a world-renowned French beauty brand, you’ll create exceptional experiences that reflect Lancôme’s elegance, innovation, and care.

** About the role**:

- Deliver **luxurious facial treatments and personalised skincare consultations**
- Provide expert advice on **Lancôme skincare, makeup, and fragrance** to meet client needs
- Create **exceptional client experiences** that reflect Lancôme’s prestige and French heritage
- Achieve **individual and counter sales targets** through product recommendations and upselling
- Build and maintain **strong, lasting client relationships** to drive loyalty and repeat visits
- Maintain a **clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment**
- Ensure **visual merchandising standards** and counter presentation align with brand guidelines
- Participate in **training programs** to enhance skincare expertise and product knowledge
- Support the Counter Manager in **promotions, events, and client outreach activities**
- Uphold **MYER and Lancôme standards and policies**, ensuring compliance and professionalism
