**The Role**
Goal Group is seeking a Commercial Manager with Defence contract management and contract performance experience to support complex contract management and procurement activities for a Defence acquisition and sustainment project in Canberra.

An in-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements is required.

**About You**
- Relevant Acquisition/Procurement and Contract management qualifications
- Detailed and direct experience with procurement activities and contracting in both Govt and industry including contract design
- Procurement planning, tendering and contract management in compliance with legislation, policies, processes and procedures
- Support contract negotiations, preparation of Contract Change Proposals and contract performance/compliance measurement and management,
- Manage allocated resources and workflows, develop strategies and set work area priorities
- Provide advice and initiative to support contract management and commercial strategy outcomes.
