Hoppers Crossing, Australia PSW Pty Ltd Full time

PSW has multiple opportunities for enthusiastic individuals, to join our **Hoppers Crossing retail store**, on a casual basis. The position will be for work between **October to February.** You will be required to work to a roster - our store hours vary and may be extended during our very busy back-to-school period in January. All training will be provided

PSW focuses on delivering service excellence to parents and students from the local school community.

We are looking for engaging, service driven individual, **with unrestricted flexible availability.**

PSW is an Australian leader in school wear for over 30 Years. We excel at working with primary and secondary schools to develop and deliver uniforms that represent their needs, values and brands.

Duties will include
- Delivering exceptional customer services: greeting customers, processing sales,
- Stock filling and unpacking
- Merchandising
- Performing store duties as requested by the store leadership team.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/hospitality/retail-based role;
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
- Be self motivated and with an optimistic attitude;
- Working together as a team and performing well under pressure;
You will be required to work to a roster - and be available Tuesday through to Saturday. All training will be provided

**_A Working with Children Check and undergoing a Police Check are conditions of employment with PSW Pty Ltd_**

**_Applicants will be required to provide evidence of full COVID vaccination (ie first and second shots) prior to commencing employment_**

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and staff are to follow the current government legislation requirements
Click & collect is available at all PSW stores
Applicants will be required to provide evidence of full COVID vaccination

**Experience**:

- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
