Bartender

**Job Title**:Bartender - Italian Restaurant in Huskisson**

**Location**: Huskisson, NSW

**Job Type**: Casual / Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a **bartender** or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification - **required**.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
