TRS Resourcing is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Superintendent to join our client in a pivotal role. This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000, including superannuation.

As the Production Superintendent, you will hold a vital position between the Production Supervisor and Production Manager, ensuring smooth operations and achieving production objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to employees
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating schedules
- Provide guidance, oversight, and coaching to employees
- Ensure equipment is used safely and scheduled maintenance is carried out
- Verify production output meets specifications
- Prepare and submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement and suggest enhancements
- Train new employees on equipment usage and safety procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing
- Proven experience as a Production Superintendent or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
