**In this exciting role as a Product Manager, you will have responsibility for managing products within Spine Portfolio and executing marketing plans to meet the business objectives.

Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We are the first company to offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.

**A Day in the Life
**Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will become the technical expert and to drive marketing tactics to achieve business objectives and targets and to drive portfolio in the market. Your responsibilities are not limited to:

- Develop and implement business / marketing plans including strategies for product marketing, therapy development and market development activities and manage budgets to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Work with the Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Managers and TM’s to implement plans to drive Medtronic’s market share and market penetration including product launches;
- To function as the technical, clinical and marketing specialist and to be the expert reference for the specified product ranges.
- Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

**Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

**Nice to Have**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in medical devices/OT environment.
- Prior experiences in Sales and/or Marketing in Orthopedic/Spine portfolio.
- Experience in Neuro highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans
- Previous product/therapy launch experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Proven ability to plan, organise, monitor and conclude a project
