**About the role**:
The School is currently seeking a Secondary Mathematics and Science Teacher with the ability to teach any combination of General Mathematics, Biology or Physics. Teachers with fluency in French are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are seeking to appoint a capable and dynamic Teacher, with a knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA syllabus.

The Glennie School prides itself on the values that are imparted to students and will require the successful applicant to be supportive of the Anglican Ethos and comply with all state and legislative requirements under the operation of an independent school.

This is a fixed-term, full-time (1.0 FTE) position. Commencing Term 1 2025 until the end of the 2025.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
- Experience in delivering education content with a commitment to teaching excellence.
- Have a deep understanding of the Principles of Instruction, High Impact Teaching Strategies and visible thinking routines, and how to implement them in a classroom setting.
- Ability to differentiate for a diverse group of non-selective students and teach to the strengths of girls.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling harmonious and positive relationships.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Willingness to continue to develop as a teacher.
