We are often looking for covers for the below role types:
**Administrator**

**Receptionist**

**Medical Receptionist**

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Being the first contact for clients and helping with queries
- Maintain confidentially of all information
- Provide quality reception and administrative services to clients as well as staff in a professional, caring and supportive manner
- Scheduling appointments and manage the booking system to ensure all information is accurate and confirmed
- Answering inquiries and telephone messages in a promptly and efficient manner
- Strong and professional communicating skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated abilities in dealing with difficult people
- Previous administration or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise whilst multitasking
- Punctuality and extremely reliable
