Safety Advisor

**The Position**
- The continual improvement of our safety management system
- Providing specialist safety advice and support to our operational teams
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance
- Conducting regular safety interactions
- Ensuring safety compliance and supporting investigations

**The Person**
- Experience in Safety Advisory positions, having held responsibility for delivering overall HSEQ support.
- Strong and decisive safety leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, effectively bringing people along the site safety journey.
- Highly developed skills in communication, presentations and reporting
- Certificate IV in WH&S
