**About the Centre/Service**

Sorrento Preschool is a community run, sessional Kindergarten offering programs for two groups of 3 Year Olds and two groups of 4 Year Olds. Currently rated Exceeding in all areas under the National Quality Standard (NQS). We proudly offer a unique Bush and Beach Kinder Program that connects children with nature and fosters a deep respect for Country. Weekly outdoor learning is an integral part of our program.

**Description**

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated **Kindergarten Teacher** to join our dedicated team for a **12-month maternity leave position, beginning in Term 1, 2026**.

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who:

Contact Time: Monday 8.45-3.15, Tuesday 8.45 -3.15, Wednesday 8.15-11.45 Some in house relief work may be available.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) - Current VIT registration - Current First Aid Training (ACECQA approved) - Current Child Protection Training - Knowledge and commitment to the **Child Safe Standards**.
