**Your Role**:
- Be the face of KPay in your city : introduce our **digital payment solutions (POS terminals)** to local businesses.
- Get creative: connect with merchants through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and your own unique approach.
- Learn how to understand business needs and position solutions that make a real impact.
- Build lasting relationships with your clients and grow your portfolio month after month.
- Collaborate with an ambitious, high-performing sales team — celebrate the wins together.
**Who You Are**:
- Ideally some sales experience (door-to-door, outbound, or customer-facing).
- Outgoing, confident, and love talking to people.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow.
- Resilient — you bounce back stronger after rejection.
- Thrive in a **fast-paced, energetic** environment.
