**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**

This role of the Onboarding Specialist can be part business analyst, part technologist, and part salesperson.

You will work closely with the sales and implementation teams to understand strategic business issues and then craft and communicate solution strategies.
- Walk through new clients to onboard them (we have a process to follow, but every client is unique and requires attention to detail)
- Analyse data and recommend the optimal strategy to maximise revenue of our clients
- Educate clients utilising data and comparable websites to recommended the latest and most effective set ups
- Contribute to the team by sharing your thoughts on improvements or innovations that can benefit the clients and Publift.
- Collaborate across teams and with clients to deliver the best service.
- Spot trends and opportunities using data analysis, provide performance analysis across reporting tools
- Effectively communicate client issues internally and align internal resources to drive solutions
- Keep projects and records up to date and proactively communicate the status of onboards
- Help Customers Implement / Deploy our tech to their site

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience within a similar role; client engagement, Account Management, technical onboarding.
- Familiarity or Experience with Front End Development Languages / Concepts
- Enjoy problem solving, using critical thinking to generate ideas & hypotheses and have a keenness to solve the unknown of a situation.
- Enjoys nurturing relationships with clients and building good rapport with them
- Posses time and project management skills
- Experience with data analysis to support their decisions and find new opportunities
- The ability to adapt to changing environments (as technology continues to improve)
- Basic web development experience (not required but would be helpful)
