With two roster options available initially.

**Option 1** - this role will be to support the projects team following a Monday - Friday day shift roster and eventually moving to Lifestyle 5/4, 5/4, 5/5 roster as the site expands.

**Option 2** - Working an even time rotating 5/4 4/5 5/5 roster, you will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.

Additionally, you will:

- Champion for all safety management plans and procedures
- Effectively communicate with other departments
- Leadership and development of crew
- Ensure production targets are met
- Conduct toolbox talks and shift prestart talks
- Conduct statutory inspections of an open cut operation

**About You**

You are a high achieving and focused OCE with previous experience in a similar role. You are committed to driving a high performing and inclusive team.
- NSW OCE Certificate of Competency
- Experience in leading a high performance team
- Commitment to HSEC
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fluid/dynamic environment
- Ability to work in an adaptive team
- Experience with computer-based data and management tools
