**Your New Role**

We are looking for an **NDIS Finance Officer** who brings both skill and heart to the role. You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day financial processes, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on supporting participants.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep our accounts accurate and up to date in **Xero**.
- Manage **NDIS billing and claims** through **PRODA** and other platforms.
- Reconcile funding statements, invoices, and service bookings.
- Prepare and update **Service Agreements** and follow up on outstanding billings.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Support month-end processes and provide reliable financial data for reporting.
- Work with the team to meet compliance, statutory, and contractual requirements.

**About You**
- A degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- Hands-on experience with **Xero** (essential).
- Familiarity with **NDIS systems** like **PRODA** or the MyPlace Portal.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Confidence working with numbers, deadlines, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently, with honesty and discretion.
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to our mission.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
