City Cave Float & Wellness Centre at Cleveland aims to build healthier communities through services that support the mental and physical wellbeing of our clients through Float Therapy, Infrared Saunas and Massage services. **About the opportunity**

We are on the hunt for Float Attendants (Front of House employees). This role suits someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience is provided to every client.

**Float Attendant Key Responsibilities**
- Customer service (our number one priority, along with customer experience)
- Booking system management, phone bookings/sales
- Preparing and dressing rooms
- Centre tidiness
- Clean Service rooms
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.

**Key skills/values we are looking for are**:

- GREAT interpersonal skills & empathy
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Booking system, CRM, admin and point of sale. Not essential, but very helpful:

- Interest in health, wellness and personal development
- Ability to work alone and take initiative when needed The job will be fast-paced and challenging at times, but very rewarding for those who have an interest in health and aren’t afraid of a bit of hard work. **Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
