In less than two years we have established a large client portfolio in the mining sector, and currently work with various Tier 1 Mining Operators - amongst a list of blue-chip clients with whom we share long-term relationships.

**Talentko** are currently seeking experienced Village Mangers for Full time 2:1 Rosters to join our client’s operations team at their remote mining villages.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Manage and control all aspects of camp operations (including but not limited to camp maintenance, food, and housekeeping), and relevant sub-contractors providing these services
- Identify and investigate workplace hazards and implement solutions to eliminate or reduce risks
- Plan and manage accommodation for employees and sub-contractors
- Perform workplace audits, workplace and equipment inspections to ensure workplace safety
- Manage procurement function for the catering
- Fantastic client relationship development / management

**To be considered for the role you must have demonstrated the following**:

- 2 years prior Village/Camp Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work teams and supervisors
- Excellent coordination skills, able to manage change in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines
- Experience within Accommodation and flight management utilizing INX software
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Strong safety and health focus
- Strong and experienced stakeholder engagement

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
