Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in your Community that provides flexibility so you can choose when you want to work?Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to a 53-year-old woman, who is ventailator dependent to enable independence by providing services in their own home.Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.**Duties Include**
- Ventilation and Tracheostomy Management
- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation
- Assist and support in all her activities of daily living

**Shift times**- Monday: 0800 - 1300, 2100 - 0800
- Tuesday: 0800 - 1300, 1600 - 2300
- Wednesday: 0800 - 1300, 1600 - 2300
- Thursday: 0800 - 1300, 0800 - 1600
- Friday: 0800 - 1300, 0800 - 1600

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
