We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Relief Baker to join our team working for an MSO Franchisee. We have a number of bakeries in Melbourne's Northern suburbs and need a skilled & qualified baker to cover holiday & sick leave within our group. No two days will be the same

**At Bakers Delight, our Bakers are responsible for**:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses

**To be considered for this ‘roll’, you will need to**:

- Have a passion for baking
- Be a trade qualified Baker
- Be a morning person Some shifts commence from 2am
- Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills
- Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty
- Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

Wage of $52,000 will vary according to whether or not weekend shifts are worked. Penalty rates apply.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mernda, VIC 3754: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Baking: 5 years (required)
