NextGen Jobs is hiring a Business Administration Trainee to support the Client Services team at Fawkner Memorial Park. Do you have an interest in business administration and in supporting the community?

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Client Services Trainee will assist the Client Services team in educating and guiding families through the selection and purchase of GMCT products and services.

**Position Objectives**
- Complete Certificate III in Business in a 12 month traineeship
- Develop a range of administration and customer service skills
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Within a team, employ learnt skills to undertake general administration duties that ensures a high quality customer service is provided

**Key Responsibilities**
- General Administration duties including but not limited to:

- Processing of right of interment transfers
- Processing of refund requests
- Distributing incoming calls for client services from the contact centre
- Processing plaque orders as required o Location searches
- Printing, scanning and filing documents
- Prepare documents and business material as required
- Follow business policies and procedures
- Attend meetings and relevant training
- Work as part of a team
- Complete study and training associated with the Certificate III in Business
