Monitor the progress of submission development providing guidance or assistance as necessary to facilitate accurate submission and timely lodgement.
Assist applicants with submission development, eligibility, and scoping of projects as necessary to influence submission quality.
Undertake regular on-the-ground site inspections and program reviews to monitor the quality, correctness and completeness of funded works, providing assistance so that delivery reporting requirements are met, and cash flow forecasts representative of the delivery agent's expenditure are accurately communicated.
Provide technical and project management advice to delivery agents (across QRA administered programs) to enable effective program delivery.
Facilitate constructive and collaborative resolutions between QRA and delivery agencies where disagreement has arisen.
Provide support and training to delivery agents to promote understanding of the Management and Reporting System (MARS) including eligibility, administrative processes, and documentation requirements for disaster recovery funding.
