**About The Role**

The Customer Delivery Lead will provide first call resolution for the residential customer service team by providing up to date delivery information on when the delivery will take place. They will also take ownership when deliveries will not be completed and will call customers to provide them of a new delivery date.

The position works closely with Residential team to ensure the alignment between scheduling and Residential teams. The position builds rapport and they handle exceptions using best practice procedures to retain and inform Origin customers.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

- Provide first call resolution for urgent and OOG Deliveries
- Resolving Delivery disputes and damages
- Following up customer access issues
- Schedule deliveries that were unable to be delivered on the delivery day.
- Outbound calling to residential customers when deliveries will not be delivered on the delivery day.
- Knowledge transfer from scheduling to residential and Residential to scheduling.
- Ensuring all orders have been completed and in correct status.
- Attend scheduling team calls, updates to residential team.

You’ll need to have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to easily build rapport with others.

You can show, through the work you’ve done that you have:

- Experience In customer service
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritises work, and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective and credible working relationships with stakeholders/clients. Strong communication skills.
- Experience in working within a customer centric focused environment.
