**Main Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process a variety of fresh meat products, including cutting, filleting, trimming, and portioning to customer specifications.
- Operate meat slicers and other cutting machinery.
- Perform general butchering duties, such as mincing, sausage-making, and value-adding processes.
- Consistently deliver products to a high standard of quality.
- Accurately select various grades and cuts of meat to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with product development as required.
**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a butcher.
- Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting and processing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Outstanding time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work across our store locations.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
