Do you have conference producing experience in a B2B environment? We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to Ideate, develop and manage profitable, high-quality conferences and events across Thomson Reuters’ HR, legal and accounting portfolios.

**About the role**:

- Research market trends
- Engage with customers and advisory boards to conduct market research on event viability
- Source and manage relationships with keynote speakers
- Writing conference programs
- Event planning and on-the-day event coordination
- Developing promotional materials including website copy, eDMs, brochures and marketing team briefing documents

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Conference Producer
- Skill in researching market trends and sourcing relevant speakers
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
