Essential Duties for Smoothie All-rounder
- Fast service across smoothie maker role and all rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Coordinate communication with headquarters to ensure stores meet sales targets and implement company policies & Meet store KPI
- Have a passion for smoothie & customer service
- Have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time
- Be able to lead a team effectively and coach and develop team members as required
- Understand all food safety and hygiene requirements
- Be strong in stock management and cost control processes
- Communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives
- Cooperate with HR to distribute employees' salaries every week

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 1/2 years previous experience as a all rounder

**Enthusiasm and responsibility who can lead a small team to grow and work together.**

．Have the ability to make tables to help store operations standardize work
- Smoothie maker experience highly desirable
- Full responsibility over financial and store management
- Exceptional customer engagement abilities coupled with the capacity to deliver personalized, amicable, and informed assistance.
- Must be able to mentor and have a great leadership approach
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain operational standards and complete daily tasks, ordering and rostering
- Train and mentor employees to ensure they understand product knowledge and are able to provide quality service
