Front Shop Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- General pharmacy daily duties
- Lead and manage front shop staff
- Maintaining the overall presentation of the store
- Manage, engage in, and oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management
- Implementing, monitoring, and executing group marketing initiatives, such as catalogues, health promotions and other consumer campaigns
- Fostering strong relationships with suppliers to enable best outcomes for the pharmacy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum education requirements include certificate 2, 3 or 4
- Previous pharmacy and front shop management experience
- Previous stock control experience
- Passionate for healthcare with a high level of customer service
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer and IT skills
- Adequate Microsoft Office skills
- Capacity to work independently and with initiative
- A problem-solving mindset

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.60 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
