First Step Support Services is looking to expand, and we are looking for a very specific person to fill the role available

We are hopefully looking for someone with lived experience, preferably Neurodivergent as that is where the majority of our client base sits.

This can be built up to your desired hours, and typically takes approximately 4 weeks to build to a full time caseload. You would see the same participants, at the same time, every week

We are looking for someone with experience working with Neurodivergent children, especially those with a PDA profile.

**You will need**:

- Certificate IV or above in Mental Health, Early Childhood, Disability, or related field
- 12+ months of experience in a related field (preferred)
- WWCC
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- COVID Vaccination
- Current valid drivers license & insurance

Successful participant will also be enrolled in additional PDA training.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $44.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
