**About the Role**:
Are you a dynamic and talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst seeking an exciting opportunity? Look no further At Team Global Express, we are on the forefront of driving effective business decision-making and enhancing financial and operational performance.

As a BI Analyst at Team Global Express, you will be an integral part of our Global Express division, delivering high-quality BI services that propel our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business context of data and processes.
- Developing visually appealing and informative data visualizations, providing invaluable business intelligence support.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to classify, define, and align business information, ensuring data quality standards.
- Acquiring, transforming, cleansing, and standardizing data using various techniques to support BI investigations.
- Providing technical and educational support to Business Intelligence users.
- Driving continuous improvement of BI and data platforms in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with IT delivery and support teams, following established processes and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with security and risk protocols as per our IT policy.

**Desired Qualifications & Skills**:To excel in this role, you should have:

- Solid experience with Microsoft BI technology stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI).
- Strong programming skills in at least one of SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and requirements gathering methods.
- Desirable experience in statistical analysis methodologies, including forecasting, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques.
- Desirable knowledge of data quality methodologies, including data cleansing and profiling techniques.
- Preferred high-level knowledge of the supply chain and logistics business domain.
- Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to explain evidence-based insights to non-technical stakeholders.
