**About the role**

Reporting to the West Footscray Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Manager is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for:

- Coordination and management of the efficient flow of product from production, through tempering and staging, to 3PL warehouses and effective utilisation of labour to meet customer requirements
- Implementing continuous improvement and other initiatives across warehouse operations
- Work with various teams to ensure stock is sent to customers on time
- Ensuring safety, product, and operational guidelines and processes are consistently met and/or improved.
- Please note this is a contract position for betweeen 12 to 14 months_

**About your experience**
- Experience or capability to coach, develop and engage teams
- Sound problem solving, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
- Strong commitment to safety and safety leadership
- Experience in use of inventory / warehouse management systems.
- SAP experience is beneficial
