We are EIL Global, a company providing managed IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks, and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations

We are looking for a Field Services Technician to support the upcoming project at Worsley for one of our clients.

Details:
Location: Worsley (DIDO role)

Duration: 3-6 months (up to 5 days/week, may vary)

Scope: End-user computing & field services support (JD below)

Note: Cabling work is generally excluded from scope, however basic cabling support (patching, dressing, testing) may be required

Key Responsibilities:
Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals, MS Teams/Skype.

Troubleshoot Wintel, networking, storage, AV/VC systems.

Onsite activities: asset audits, reboots, device swaps, environmental checks.

Basic printer/MFD support & end-user setup.

Vendor coordination, escort, and incident escalation.

Compliance with site safety, induction, and ID requirements.

Weekend/public holiday support if required.

Must hold valid driver’s license (manual transmission).
