Mobile Car Wash Operator

**Magic Hand Car Wash**, Australia’s best rated car wash with more than 20 locations around Australia, is looking to take it’s offering to a mobile network in 2025.

After cleaning and detailing prestige cars for the last 30 years, Magic is looking for skilled and passionate team members to take the prestige offering to the customers driveway.

With all the latest and greatest equipment, you’ll be equipped with a brand new and ergonomically fitted van that will ensure your cleaning process is efficient.

Starting in Melbourne, we offer two flexible business models for those interested in joining this new division:

- **Salaried Operator**: Earn an hourly rate with additional sales target bonuses.
- **Contractor Model**: Retain all sales revenue after covering the van’s running costs, consumables, and commission to Magic.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Mobile Car Wash Operators. In this role, once trained, you will be responsible for providing top-notch car wash and detailing services to our customers at their preferred locations. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction every time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide car washing and detailing services to Magic Gold Standards, including exterior washes, interior cleaning, detailing services and specialty services.
- Utilise high-quality products and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver exceptional results.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Care for the van as if it were your own business, taking pride in its upkeep and presentation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
- Engage in our comprehensive training program, which covers service standards, equipment use, customer service skills, and safety procedures.
- Uphold the company's values and contribute positively to the team culture.
- Perform local area marketing tasks to attract new customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or a similar field is required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Passion and pride in delivering exceptional workmanship results
- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends, as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence to approach local businesses and residential areas to attract new customers

**Hourly rate**: $30 to $60 depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
