We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills who is highly motivated and engaging to join our team as a **Business Advisor or Business Trainer**. You will be working in the new **Self-Employment Assistance program**, which supports individuals to start and run viable small businesses.

This role can be **full-time or part-time position. **The **full-time role** has the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off (ADO). Regular travel will be required across the ETC sites in your region.**

**A bit about the role**:
**Business Trainer** - provides accredited training to Self-Employment Assistance participants to prepare them to start their business. You will also provide practical m **Business Advisor** - provides flexible and practical Self-Employment Assistance to eligible participants, including the provision of business coaching, advice and mentoring services.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- Certificate IV - TAE40116 or equivalent is required for Business Trainers
