**Pega LBA - Permanent - $200,000+ Super - Sydney**

My client, a leading global IT innovator, is looking for a Pega LBA to join on an exciting permanent opportunity. The salary is up to $200,000+ Super.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and document/model the customer's business process, business requirements, and business rules. Translate these items into functional specs/user stories/use cases.
- Participate actively in the requirements design and build phases, deliver high quality deliverables within the planned timelines
- Design and configure flows and rules. Assist with the user interface and process workflow development.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver User Interfaces, Screen and Interface mock-ups
- Handle the Sprint Demo's with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the MVP is getting delivered

**Requirements**:

- Must have 6+ years' experience as a Pega LBA
- Must have 2+ years' experience in Pega / PRPC
- 5+ years
- experience leading the business team in gathering requirements
- Must be a certified Pega Business Architect (PCBA / CPBA)
