**Full time/Part time Restaurant Supervisor**

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality? We’re seeking a Part time/ Full time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests receive top-notch service. This role offers the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the floor staff
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Assist in training and developing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Want to work long term in Hospitality
- Live close to Hampton
- RSA Certificate

Pay: $54,460.02 - $65,000.00 per year
