We’re always looking for various support workers and health (including registered nurses, social workers and allied health professionals) to join our dynamic and vibrant team. PCS provides one-on one supervision to all its staff

**(Casual roles)**:
**Location: Canberra & Sydney**

Premium Care Services (PCS) is looking for energetic and passionate Disability Workers to make a lasting difference in our participants’ lives. The role requires experienced professionals to join our specialised team of staff whose goal is to maintain a diverse range of participant-centered services - all designed to build a participant’s capacity to engage with their communities. This can be within the home, social, educational, emotional and life skills area with outcomes to be in a safe, caring and supportive environment

**Position Requirements**

**The Disability Support Worker will be required to provide support with**:

- Transportation
- Community, social & recreational activities
- Assistance with daily life activities
- Live in care
- Assistance with self-care activities (showering, dressing, grooming & toilet assistance)
- Post hospital care
- Overnight care
- 24 Hour care
- Incidental domestic tasks
- The right to work in Australia

Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; most important to us is the delivery of the best customer experience, every day. We encourage creativity and collaboration to enable excellent outcomes for the people we support. Our participants are diverse and so are we

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability
- Current manual handling and medication management (or willing to obtain one)
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smart phone and internet access
- Working With Vulnerable People check
- Australian Police check
- Good interpersonal communication skills
