Florist

**Responsibilities**:

- Create stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, funerals, corporate events, and everyday orders.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all flowers and materials are stored properly.
- Manage inventory, including ordering flowers and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Stay updated on current floral design trends and techniques.
- Participate in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all floral displays are installed perfectly.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in floristry, including knowledge of flower types, care, and floral design techniques.
- Strong creativity and an eye for design.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commute to our Brisbane location daily.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
