**About the role in Aveo Minkara Resort Retirement Village**:

- **One permanent part-time position for Personal Care Attendant**:

- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
- Parking available onsite

**About you**:

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (desired)
- Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
- Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
- Experience in retirement living or home and community care
- Aveo are formally requesting that all employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect our colleagues and the residents in our communities who are among the most vulnerable. Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $24.76 per hour
