**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Transitions Specialist to join the Growth team based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Transitions Specialist you will facilitate the Administration transfer and member level operational readiness of corporate plans by either Successor Fund Transfer (SFT) or Member Consent in to (and out of) Australian Retirement Trust on time, on budget and to market leading quality.

This role is integral to successful transitions by influencing and implementing many of the decisions made with clients and service providers (external administrators, payrolls, trustees etc.) in corporate transitions. Working with the Relationship Manager, Project Manager and the Transitions Team you will be expected to influence internal and external stakeholders and be a contact person for external stakeholders.

In conjunction with the Transitions Readiness Lead, this role will support Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) identifying & managing delivery of procedural changes, training, knowledge management updates, Work in Progress (WIP) and historical data transfer and support processes required through the transition period.

This role is available as a **permanent/ full-time opportunity.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- A strong knowledge and understanding of corporate superannuation plans with a demonstrated understanding of administration arrangements both from an operational and Trustee perspective.
- A proven history of being able to participate in a multi-disciplined team in the transition of corporate clients across Industry, stand-alone and retail funds (master trusts).
- Ability to influence outcomes within ART to achieve best practice in servicing large corporate clients.
- A strong understanding of superannuation legislation to help guide and control the transition process.
- Strong written communication skills ranging from technical reports to direct member communications.
- Knowledge of complex Defined Benefit and Lifetime Pension arrangements
- Sound skills with Word, Excel, MS Project and the management of projects (RACI model).
- An understanding of the administration requirements for Defined Benefit/Pension funds.
- An understanding of and experience with Change Management in operational and Customer Servicing Teams.
