Boat Detailer

Are you passionate about boats and take pride in keeping them in immaculate condition? A private owner in Paradise Point is seeking a dedicated **Boat Detailer & Maintainer** to care for a stunning fleet of vessels

**About the Fleet**:

- A 100-foot Horizon super yacht and Zodiac tender
- A 70-foot Sunreef sailing catamaran and Smuggler tender
- A 50-foot racing catamaran
- A 29-foot Mako centre console
- Three jet skis and associated equipment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing thorough exterior washdowns across all vessels
- Waxing exterior surfaces and polishing stainless-steel fittings
- Cleaning, treating, and maintaining teak decking surfaces
- Washing, polishing, and maintaining all external glass
- Conducting regular engine room cleaning
- Flushing outboard motors and ensuring proper care of jet skis and tenders
- Maintaining and troubleshooting auxiliary systems including:

- Water purification units
- Air conditioning
- Satellite navigation
- Generators and other electrical/mechanical systems
- Keeping detailed maintenance logs and scheduling required services or trades
- Coordinating and oversight of external trades for specialised repairs and servicing
- Ensuring vessels are safe, operational and always ready for use
- Assisting with vessel refits and yard maintenance work
- Assist with deckhand tasks when required away from Port

This role requires a high level of care, precision, and accountability to ensure all vessels always remain in immaculate condition.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-driven and not afraid of hard work
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot independently
- Detailing experience highly desirable but not essential
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License
