Shop Supervisor

Ocean Blues Quality Seafoods in Budgewoi is looking for a young, enthusiastic and positive leader to join our team.

Located on the water, this small local business has been operating for over 20 years under owner and operator. We are looking to have someone come in and assist in basic day to day operations in the business alongside an already strong management team. Roles and responsibilities include:

- Opening and closing the shop
- Up-skilling and mentoring staff
- Following business and company procedures
- Having strong customer service skills
- Stock handling and food preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness standards within the business

**Salary**: From $56,000.00 per year
