We are looking for Baristas Cafe All Rounder with a strong background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position for _at least 1 years_ is preferred.

To be successful, we are looking for someone who
- enjoys working in a busy cafe environment with a variety of people
- A passion for great food and coffee
- Basic understanding knowledge of operating a espresso machine, experience in preparing espresso coffees
- A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers' expectations every time to create loyal customer
- A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time
- Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
- Target orientated and career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
