**About the role**

The role will require you to perform a wide range of administrative support tasks to assist and ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the clinical unit / program. You will be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week from Monday - Friday when cover is required.

Casual Bank allows you to enjoy flexibility and variety. Our casual bank shifts can be offered within short time frames, therefore to be considered for this role you must be living in the Ballarat region.

You will be required to provide 2 referees that are direct managers / supervisors (including your current manager).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate availability in our electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on availability
- Demonstrated ability to function within a team
- Flexibility to work across a variety of locations and shift times
- Provide a high standard of administrative support
- Accurate data entry into required software systems
- Willingness to learn and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Participate in annual performance reviews
- Commitment to ongoing mandatory education

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated high level communication to be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals
- High level computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry
- Demonstrated person-centred care and respectful approach to patients, visitors and staff
- Prior experience in a health setting would be advantageous but is not essential
- Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
