**Personal Assistant to Operations Manager**:

- Camden, NSW | Part-Time | 20-25 Hours Per Week_

We’re looking for a friendly and organised **Personal Assistant** to support our Operations Manager. This role is perfect for someone returning to work who wants flexibility and family-friendly hours.

You’ll be working **10:00am - 3:00pm, four days a week (20-25 hours)** — with **flexible days to suit your schedule**.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing payroll once a fortnight
- Accounts reconciliation and keeping an eye on labour costs
- Organising meetings and schedules
- General admin and filing
- Supporting the Operations Manager day-to-day
- Communicating with key stakeholders and liaising with marketing

**About you**:

- Organised and reliable with a great eye for detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Admin, payroll, or accounts experience is helpful, but not essential
- Positive, can-do attitude and willing to lend a hand wherever needed
