**About the role**

**Looking for a rewarding role and to contribute to the wellbeing of your local community? Are you people-oriented? Join our team as a Phlebotomist Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Some weekend work required.**

**About You**

You are a reliable and detail-oriented professional with experience in pathology laboratory settings. You demonstrate initiative, work well both independently and in team environments, and remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience in pathology laboratory operations with the ability to use computers and relevant software confidently.
- Capable of identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and supporting a cooperative, team-based workplace culture.
