**You’ll stand out from the crowd if you**:

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work and consult with others to design, develop and evaluate training materials
- Work within a structured manner with strong planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills with advanced capabilities in Word, Visio and SAP ERP
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to focus on quality and results

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Writing new and updating existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
- Developing process flow diagrams
- Ensuring all documents are controlled through the eQMS (Q-Pulse) including the distribution notifications and acknowledgements
- Transforming identified courses from historical delivery methods to the new hybrid model in the Learning Management System

**And to be successful you’ll need**:

- Demonstrated experience in technical writing, ideally within a technical instructional design role
- Experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Tertiary qualifications or Certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.
