Our client is a global premium multi branded retailer, with stores in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & Malaysia

**The Role**:
An incredible opportunity has become available in their largest store in ANZ Support the Store Manager with the achievement of sales & profit objectives, maintenance of service & operational standards. Together with the Store Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the management, motivation & engagement of retail associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Listen & communicate effectively & openly with customers & colleagues
- Assist the Store Manager in training retail team members
- Execute directives from the Store Manager / Head Office in an effective & timely manner
- Create an inspiring & engaging team environment
- Generate & innovate ideas, solutions & opportunities
- Achieve sales budgets & KPIs
- Leads the way in compliance & monitors & adheres to company policies & legislation at all times

**Skills Required**:

- A minimum 2 years senior sales experience in retail with proven tenure
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An inclusive & confident team player, who can mentor & coach a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, energetic, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Sound business acumen
- Passionate, focused, committed
