**THE ROLE**

This exciting opportunity will see you managing multiple stakeholders externall and internally, fit-out, construction and building projects of varying technical difficulty, team sizes and project values.

This role will include but not be limited to;
- Dealing with key client stakeholders. You will be representing the client on-site and high attention to detail and presentability will be required
- Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to on-site and providing supervision and leadership to contractors.
- Be able to handle pressure & work in a fast-paced environment nationally concurrently
- Prepare project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimising exposure and risk in the project.
- Foster productive long-term relationships with key vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors and prospective clients
- Accept and confirm the client's brief for the project after an initial site inspection, briefing and risk assessment.
- Bring about optimum utilisation of our resources - labour, materials, and equipment to ensure their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project on multiple projects.
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
- Ensure on completion documents are correct and submitted to the client within the required timeframe.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCES**
- Experience with technical projects on commercial and residential projects highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of team sizes and contract workforces.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal internally and externally.
- Degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management and Construction.
- Driver's Licence, ability to travel safely to different locations to manage the client's projects.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and boost morale of the project teams.
- Build, Fitout, Project Management experience; Industry experience in Construction.
- Worked with client-side project management and maintain strong relations
- Residential, fitout, construction experience and managing time, budgets and costs.
